What is Chiropractic?

Chiropractic is branch of healing arts which focuses on treating the neuromuscular system. It is drugless method which focuses on treatment of the causes and its symptoms. Chiropractic comes from the ideas that initial sources of pain can be treated by locating and removing interferences (known as “subluxation”) from your nervous system. If you have unaligned tyres on your car, it will most likely be a bumpy ride and you will not be able to drive straight. Your spine works in the same way. Your spine is a key centre for your nervous system and is a vital component of your daily activities. A Chiropractic technique is a safe and natural procedure which can help restore and regain normal motion to joints. Spinal function is optimised and as a result, your overall health improves.

A chiropractor is trained to use a variety of diagnostic methods such as x-rays, physical exam and specific procedures that involve manipulation by hand of various parts of the body to help patients improve general wellbeing.

How does it work?

Chiropractic works by restoring your body’s inborn ability to be healthy. When under the proper control of your nervous system, all the cells, tissues and organs of your body are design to resist disease and ill health.
